Welcome! I’m so glad you stopped by our website for a visit. You can find out everything you need to know right here, except how awesome the people are! For that, you have to join us at one of our gatherings, Sunday morning or Wednesday night! So, come on out and see for yourself what God is up to through Beulah Baptist Church so you can get involved in ministry for the greatest calling on earth: “make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:18-20).
My family, Jennifer, Cameron, Hannah, Carter, and joined up with Beulah Baptist in this partnership for the gospel in August, 2014. I came to serve here from Thomasville, NC, but have lived in several places: Chinquapin (yes, it’s a real place), Seven Springs, Wake Forest, Creedmoor, and Sanford. I received my undergraduate degree in Middle Grades Education with a concentration in Mathematics from NC State University in 1996 (I stayed true Tarheel blue, just in case you were wondering). I received my Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2004. I absolutely love being a husband, father, and pastor! I like to preach & teach the bible (duh!), read (whatever I can get my eyes on), write, run, exercise, play all kinds of sports, and spend time with my family (not necessarily in that order). If you’re on social media, you can follow me on Twitter, hit me up on Facebook, or check out my blog at (occasionally). My wife is a Registered Nurse and works at Betsy Johnson hospital (she’s awesome, just sayin’). We homeschool our older son, Cameron, but Hannah & Carter attend Meadow School. Just like this paragraph, there is never a dull moment around our house!
Hey, enough about me! We at Beulah Baptist want to get to know you, and we want you to join us on our journey of following Jesus and fulfilling the Great Commission! We are really excited about what God is already doing and what he is going to do through Beulah Baptist to make a difference for his kingdom for his glory. Come and join with us!
In the Grip of God’s Grace,
Pastor Michael
